Return Mail Processing
Let SouthWest Direct® process your return mail. Thru the use of our proprietary system and a partnership with TransUnion, allows us to scan your return mail at our processing facility, create a return mail file, scrub the file thru NCOA, and reduce return mail thru a combination of postal addressing and proprietary software.
We use state of the art data cleansing tools such as National Change of Address (NCOA), Coding Accuracy and Support System Certification (CASS), Delivery Point Validation (DPV), and Locatable Address Correction Service (LACs) to ensure your mail gets to the intended recipient.
Customers can even track the delivery of their mail using Planetcode, to better coordinate dialing and mailing efforts. SouthWest Direct provides processing and address correction reports each time you mail, whether weekly or daily.
